By accessing or using Mentor AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mentor AI provides AI-powered behavioral coaching, personalized roadmaps, and accountability tools. The AI mentor's responses are suggestions intended to support your personal development and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Mentor AI. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Mentor AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription length and price are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies. We do not directly process refunds for store-purchased subscriptions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to): attempting to reverse-engineer the app, submitting false or harmful content, abusing the AI mentor, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by Mentor AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
If you use Mentor AI on iOS, your use is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentor AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Mentor AI, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınan otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunar. Abonelik süresi ve fiyatı satın alma öncesinde gösterilir. Ödeme, satın alma onayı sırasında Apple Kimliğinize veya Google hesabınıza yansıtılır.
Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat öncesinde tahsil edilir. Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
İade talepleri Apple veya Google'ın mağaza politikalarına göre işlenir; mağaza üzerinden yapılan abonelikler için doğrudan iade işlemi yürütmüyoruz.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, yanıltıcı/zararlı içerik göndermek, AI mentoru kötüye kullanmak veya yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak gibi davranışlar yasaktır. Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Hizmeti oluşturan tüm içerik, marka ve yazılım Mentor AI veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Gönderdiğiniz içeriğin sahibi sizsiniz; Hizmeti size sunmak ve geliştirmek için sınırlı bir kullanım lisansı vermiş olursunuz.
iOS'ta kullanım, Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne de tabidir: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Mentor AI, Hizmetin kullanımı veya AI tarafından üretilen içeriğe güvenilmesi sonucu doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde veya yukarıdaki "Son Güncelleme" tarihi yenilenerek bildirilir. Değişikliklerden sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek, koşulların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
