Mentor AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g., Google Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting; Apple and Google for in-app purchases; AI model providers for generating responses). These providers are bound by contract to handle your data confidentially.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we follow recognized practices to protect your information.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from within the app's settings, or by contacting us. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from active systems and from backups within a reasonable rotation period.
Mentor AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the service, you consent to such transfer, subject to the protections described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
